The Circus Clown

THE CIRCUS CLOWN Jill McDougall Hey there everybody, There’s a circus in our town, Come and see the colours On the funny circus clown. His hat is purple as a plum, His nose is rosy red, His hair is golden yellow, And it sticks out from his head. His shirt is striped in pink and white, Just like a lolly pop, With buttons bold in blue and gold, And a red bowtie on top. His pants have spots and polka dots, All purple, pink and green, His floppy shoes are shades of blues, With red stars in between. So come on everybody, There’s a circus in our town, Come over here and give a cheer, For the funny circus clown.
